FREEZE DRY - PROCESS

Freeze drying is a vacuum freeze dehydration process.  The water molecules from the frozen fruits is extracted by applying vacuum that sublimates the water this is transforming it from a solid ( to a gaseous state.

 

This process preserves all the nutritional properties the maximum flavor the same smell to produce 100% NUTRITIOUS food.
